Poster & Presentation Guidelines

Oral presenters

Speakers are strongly encouraged to prepare 10–12 slides and strictly adhere to the allocated time (10-minute presentation + 3 minutes Q&A). Session chairs will enforce timing to ensure the smooth running of the program.

Flash Poster presenters

Speakers must follow the template and strictly adhere to the allocated time (3 minutes), and stick to the two slides provided in the template; however, animations may be used.

Please send your PowerPoint file via email to medchempe2026@unica.it by Monday, May 18, saving it as: “Surname_Name_FPC_PE2026”.

In addition, presenters are required to prepare and bring a printed version of their poster.

Poster presenters

The poster size must be 70 cm × 100 cm in portrait orientation (landscape format is not allowed).
Each accepted abstract will be assigned a poster number, which will be communicated to the first author along with the presentation day and time. Presenters are responsible for the installation and removal of their posters.
