Call for Abstracts

Please note that registration is required to submit an abstract.

The Scientific Committee will review submitted abstracts and select over 30 for Oral Communications (OCs) and 10 for Flash Presentations (FPs). Applicants will indicate their preferences for Oral, Flash, or Poster presentations on the submission form, which will be available soon.

Starting on March 1^st, 2026, the online Abstract Submission Form will be available.

Acceptance notifications will be sent to all authors via email by April 30, 2026, 23:59 CET.

The poster size is A0, typically 90 cm wide and 120 cm high, in portrait orientation (not landscape). Each abstract will receive a poster number, which will be shared with the first author along with the presentation day. Poster presenters are responsible for both setting up and removing their posters.
