The XV Paul Ehrlich Euro-PhD Network Meeting will be held at the Hotel Flamingo Resort ★★★★ and Mare Pineta Hotel ★★★ in Santa Margherita di Pula, situated on the southern coast of Sardinia. Both hotels provide special rates for participants of the XV Paul Ehrlich Euro-PhD Network Meeting.

The venue comprises a main hotel building and several small villas situated within a private park, providing a peaceful and scenic environment. It is recommended that you make your reservation as early as possible to ensure the best choice of available hotels. A number of hotel rooms at preferential rates in different price categories have been reserved.

The Gala Dinner, a highlight of the meeting’s social events, will be held at the Wild Duck Restaurant situated in an exclusive part of the Hotel Flamingo Resort. 👉 Participation in the Gala Dinner is included in the FULL-BOARD accommodation package—no extra payment needed!

* This price covers the nights of May 20^th and 21^st, 2026; a FULL-BOARD package. Check-out will be on the morning of the 22^nd. Suitcases will be stored at the front desk. Compared to the CLASSIC Room, the DELUXE Room offers enhanced comfort and premium amenities for an elevated experience.

** The room will be shared with one person based on availability. However, during registration, if you select this option, you’ll be asked to enter the FULL NAME of the person you’d like to share a room with. If you don’t have a roommate but agree to be randomly assigned to someone of the same gender, you’ll need to enter “RANDOM”.
