Today, during the B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering ceremony, we have worn a red stripe as a symbol to remember the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. That symbol should stay in the mind of every human being all the days of the year, not only today. Break the silence, make the difference!
Our lab is proud of the massive presence of women in our team. Women have the skills, the brain, and the heart to change the world, to innovate, and to make the difference. We believe that true success comes from teamwork and mutual respect. We are against all forms of violence and all types of discrimination.
