• Abstracts submission deadline: June 30^th, 2017 Extended to July 15^th
• Registration Open: July 31^th, 2017
• Registration deadline: September 15^th, 2017
• Deadline for payment through bank transfer : October 15^th, 2017

Registration

• Please fill in the Registration Form Orbitaly 2017 and send it to orbitaly2017@unica.it within September 15^th, 2017. 
• Finalize the registration by paying the registration fee within October 15^th, 2017  by bank transfer and mail a copy of your bank transfer to orbitaly2017@unica.it (after this deadline only payment on site will be possible).

Fees

The registration fees for the conference are:

• Students and young researchers (Under 35): 183,00 €
  
• Standard fee: 244,00 €
  
• On site registration: 305,00 €
  

Registration fee includes participation in all scientific sessions of ORBITALY-2017, lunches, coffee breaks, dinner and conference materials.
