The ICT4Law&Forensics Lab (Laboratory of ‘’Computer Law‘’ and ‘’ Digital Forensics‘’), whose activities are coordinated by Prof. Massimo Farina, has been founded on 15 April 2014, at the University of Cagliari with the aim of setting up study, research and teaching activities of the two main disciplines originated from the merging of Law with the ICT.
Since the Academic Year 2013/2014, the Lab staff has been organising the Digital Forensics seminar, with the participation of lecturers from the world of Digital Forensics: law enforcement officers, members of the judiciary, forensic experts, lawyers, etc.
