Breve bio/bibliografia:

  • Laura Follesa is a RTD-A at the University of Cagliari with a project on F.W.J. Schelling. Her research focus is on the role of analogies in philosophical and scientific reasoning and the intersection between philosophies of nature and scientific thought in the modern age;
  • Sean J. McGrath researches and teaches in the areas of metaphysics, classical German philosophy (Kant to Heidegger), phenomenology and hermeneutics, and psychoanalysis.

Breve descrizione del corso: Durante gli incontri si prenderanno in esame alcuni autori e testi chiave che hanno contribuito alla definizione della nozione di inconscio, alle indagini sul sonno e sui sogni e allo sviluppo della psicologia moderna.

Articolazione interna degli incontri seminariali: Sono previsti tre incontri, ciascuno dedicati alla lettura e discussione di brevi porzioni di testo, rispettivamente di G.H. Schubert, C.G. Carus, A. Schopenhauer, relativamente a temi connessi alla nozione di inconscio, alle indagini sul sonno e sui sogni, alle origini della psicologia moderna.
