I am a PhD student in Philosophy, Epistemology, and Human Sciences at the University of Cagliari, with a background in languages and communication and a specific expertise in brand strategies and digital marketing. My research focuses on the strategic and ethical implications of artificial intelligence in social media marketing. Specifically, I investigate how AI-generated content affects engagement, authenticity, and corporate reputation. I also examine the evolving role of social media managers, exploring how AI is reshaping their profession enhancing creativity, optimizing strategies, but also raising ethical concerns. My goal is to bridge the gap between technological innovation and ethical responsibility, providing insights and best practices for the responsible use of AI in digital communication.
