I obtained my degree in Philosophy from the University of Pavia and I am an Alumna of the Almo Collegio Borromeo of Pavia. I am currently a PhD candidate in Philosophy, Epistemology, and Humanistic Studies at the University of Cagliari. My research interests lie in Metaphysics and Philosophy of Language; in particular, my doctoral project is devoted to the study of the ontology of absences, which I take to be properties of present objects and states, and of their epistemic and cognitive value, with a focus on the use of absences in truthmaker semantics and on their perception.
