The BullyBuster Center at the European Day Against Harassment

The Interuniversity Research Center BullyBuster will take part in the European Day Against Harassment, scheduled for Thursday, 19 February 2026, at Esperienza Europa – David Sassoli in Rome.

The initiative, promoted with the support of European and national institutions and major stakeholders from the fields of education, sport, media, and youth protection, aims to raise awareness and foster dialogue on harassment, bullying, and related forms of violence, with particular attention to minors and vulnerable groups.

The conference programme includes two thematic panels bringing together representatives of institutions, federations, observatories, and civil society. Among the speakers, Prof. Gian Luca Marcialis, from the University of Cagliari, Director of the Interuniversity Research Center BullyBuster, will contribute with an academic and scientific perspective on the prevention of bullying and harassment, highlighting the role of research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and responsible use of artificial intelligence.
