Interuniversity Research Center “BullyBuster”

BullyBuster is an interdisciplinary research center that brings together experts in artificial intelligence, psychology, law, and social sciences to develop advanced tools and strategies to prevent and counter bullying and cyberbullying. Our aim is to promote human well-being and digital safety through innovation and collaboration.

The Interuniversity Research Center “BullyBuster” was established in 2025 as a natural extension of the project “BullyBuster – A framework for bullying and cyberbullying action detector by computer vision and artificial intelligence methods and algorithms” (PRIN 2017), and was formally launched within the project “BullyBuster 2 – The ongoing fight against bullying and cyberbullying with the help of artificial intelligence for human wellbeing” (PRIN 2022 – PNRR).
