The above registration fees are per one paper. A separate registration (regular or student) is required for each accepted paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings.
For an additional paper, a fee of 200 € is required, if one person wants to present two papers.
Please, note that there is a limit of up to two papers per person.

If you require an invitation letter for visa purposes to attend the conference, please send your request to the designated email address: amest2024@unica.it. Make sure to include all necessary personal details and any specific information you might need included in the letter.
Cancellation policy
Registrations cancelled until April 30th 2024 (included) are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid.
Registrants cancelling from May 1st 2024 (included) will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only (kassiopeagroup@kassiopeagroup.com) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
If, for any reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the event is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded deducted by unavoidable expenses.
The liability of the Organizers shall be limited to that refund and the Organizers shall not be liable for any other loss, cost, or expense, whatsoever caused, incurred or arising.
Refunds will be made within 90 days from the end of the event (bank expenses charged to recipient).
