VISIONARY Project at EMBC 2025: Motor learning and error augmentation
The international IEEE EMBC 2025 (Engineering in Medicine and Biology Conference), held in Copenhagen, Denmark, from July 14 to 17, 2025, saw the active participation of the VISIONARY consortium. The results of the research line were disseminated through an oral presentation focusing on “Nonlinear error augmentation applied to upper limb movements enhances motor learning”. The study investigates how nonlinear error alteration can facilitate motor learning processes. In accordance with the project’s dissemination objectives, the data and methodologies discussed at this congress were further developed and submitted for publication in an international peer-reviewed scientific journal. The original conference paper is archived and available on IEEE Xplore.
