SHORT BIO Luca Didaci is Associate Professor of Computer Eng. at the Dept. of Electrical and Electronic Eng. (DIEE) of the University of Cagliari. L. Didaci teaches courses on Fundamentals of Computer Science, Advanced Programming and Industrial Software Development for several BSc and MSc programs of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture. He is a member of the boards of the PhD Program in Electronic and Computer Eng. of the University of Cagliari. L. Didaci is a member of the Pattern Recognition and Application Lab at DIEE, where he carries out research in the field of statistical pattern recognition. His research interests include the study of multiple classifier systems, semi-supervised learning, biometric recognition and security, and analysis of EEG signals using machine learning techniques. On these topics, he published 37 papers in international journals and conference proceedings, that received over 950 citations, with an h-index of 16 (source Scopus).
