Your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first-come-first-serve basis.
The registration will end when all seats are filled.
The fee covers congress materials, welcome cocktail, light lunches, social dinner and a guided tour on june 1st.
The registration desk will be open at the Workshop site on may 29-31.
The registration fee, minus handling fees, will be refunded only if written or cabled notice of cancellation is received no later than april 29th, 2019. No refunds will be issued after that day.
- Accommodations: Hotel reservations are your own responsibility.
- Social Events: A welcome cocktail will be held in the evening of may 29th . A guided tour of the UNESCO Arab-Norman heritage site within the city of Palermo on the morning of june 1st is free for registrants provided their subscription upon their registration. A social dinner will be held on the evening of may 31st.
- Venue: The meeting will be held at the Sala Gialla, part of the stunning UNESCO Arab-Norman site, inside the Royal Palace of the Normans (https://whc.unesco.org/en/documents/137438)
- Climate: The weather in Sicily during the Workshop is comfortable. The average temperature in this season is about 19- 27°C
