Call for Abstract

Abstract Submission

Participants planning to contribute with an ORAL and POSTER presentation must submit their Abstracts by 15^th July 2026.

Acceptance notifications will be sent to all authors via email.

Info for Authors:

Oral Communication (OC): 10-minute Presentation (+3 Q/A);
Poster Communication (PC): The poster size is A0, typically 90 cm wide and 120 cm high, in portrait orientation (not landscape). Each abstract will receive a poster number, which will be shared with the first author along with the presentation day. Poster presenters are responsible for both setting up and removing their posters.

The official language of the conference is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
