The Final!

The EJMC is glad to announce that the Final will be held in Cagliari from 17 to 19 April 2023. A more detailed programme will follow soon, but you can already organize your trip around the following approximate schedule. The opening ceremony will be held on 17 April in the late afternoon. On 18 April the competition will take place throughout the day. The semifinals and final will be held on 19 April.

Important update!

Under Art. 14.5 of the EJMC Rules, since the number of participating teams does not exceed 12, all participating teams are qualified for the Cagliari Final. Hence, if you have duly registered and received confirmation from our staff, you can start preparing for the oral phase. The results of the written phase will be announced at the Final. More details concerning the latter will be unveiled soon on our website. Stay tuned!.

Autumn Lectures 2022

On 27, 28 and 29 October 2022, the Jean Monnet Chair ‘REACT’ will launch the initiative “Autumn Lectures 2022”, a series of 3 seminars on international environmental Law, Justice and Ecocentrism.
All events can be attended in person or remotely on Microsoft Teams.
Students who participate in all 3 events will be awarded 1 cfu.

To register for the seminars, you must send an email to (jmc.euclimatereact@gmail.com) by the 26th of October.
Only UNICA students will be recognized 1 CFU*, but the participation is free.

*The Students from UNICA interested in the 1 CFU have to send an email to jmc.euclimatereact@gmail.com by 26th October 2022. To gain the CFU, the Students must attend all three events (in presence or in remote) and write a brief paper (in English or Italian, max 500 words) and send it by 21st November 2022 to jmc.euclimatereact@gmail.com

Jean Monnet Climate Law&Diplomacy Series #2022edition

On March 31, within the framework of the Jean Monnet Chair in EU Environmental Law of the Faculty of Economics, Law and Political Sciences of the University of Cagliari
will be held the first Serie of the Jean Monnet Climate Law&Diplomacy Series.
The event will take place on remote from 9.30 to 13.30 and from 15.00 to 18.00.
