Professor of Medical and Health Sciences. Head of the Independent Laboratory of Behavioral Studies at the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Medical University of Lublin. Member of the Ethics Committee and the Bioethics Committee. For many years, she has been conducting fundamental research in the field of addiction to psychoactive substances, focusing on mechanisms of action, drug interactions, and new pharmacotherapy strategies. Author of over 150 original scientific publications and recipient of prestigious awards, including distinctions from the Minister of Health and the Polish Pharmaceutical Society. She actively collaborates with research centers in Poland and abroad, carrying out research projects on natural products and psychoactive substances and their effects on the central nervous system.
