Antonis Goulas MD, PhD is Full Professor of Pharmacology at the 1st Department of Pharmacology, Medical School, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

He is also a certified forensic pathologist since 2015.

His main research interests are Pharmacogenetics of cardiovascular and psychotropic drugs and toxigenetics.

Mr Goulas is member of the Scientific Committee of Approvals for Biologics and Blood Products of the Hellenic Drug Organization and Member of the Executive Committee of the Hellenic Society for the Study of Substances of Abuse and the Hellenic Society of Basic and Clinical Pharmacology.

He served in the Dissertation Committees of over 15 PhD candidates of the Medical School and of the Scholl of Dentistry.

His total number of publications (full papers, short communications, review articles, case reports) in English language peer-review journals is 55 (scopus); book chapters: 5; scientific book translations in Greek: 2 (Rang & Dale, Pharmacology; Casarett & Doul, Basic Toxicology) .
