July 3rd – July 6th 2023<\/span><\/p>\n Athens, Greece <\/p>\n Description<\/strong><\/p>\n In the framework of the 23rd International Conference on Computational Science and its Applications (ICCSA 2023, more information at http:\/\/www.iccsa.org\/<\/a>), to be held in Athens (Greece) and remotely online, on 3-6 July 2023, the fourth edition of the scientific Workshop on Advanced and Computational Methods for Earth Science applications (<\/strong>WACM4ES 2023<\/strong>) <\/strong>is organised.<\/p>\n The workshop will host contributions (but is not limited) focusing on the theoretical and methodological approaches related to advanced and computational methods for earth science applications. More precisely, the pertinent topics will include:<\/p>\n Given the focus of the Conference on Computational Science issues, the workshop welcomes contributions on ICT and computational aspects, proposals, and applications from a wide variety of scholars on the above-mentioned issues.<\/p>\n Engineers, Geoscientists, Geologists, Urban and Regional Planners, Geographers and Economic Geographers, Environmental Engineers, among others are welcome to contribute.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Each paper will be independently reviewed by 3 programme committee members. Their individual scores will be evaluated by a small sub-committee and result in one of the following final decisions: accepted, or accepted on the condition that suggestions for improvement will be incorporated, or rejected.
