I earned my master&#8217;s degree from the University of Padua, defending an experimental thesis entitled &#8220;An investigation of sexuality in a population of young Sardinians,&#8221; which introduced me to the world of prevention and health promotion. I then completed my postgraduate internship in the Hospital Clinical Psychology Department of San Bonifacio Hospital (VR), where I worked primarily in collaboration with the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department, carrying out a project for the prevention of postpartum depression. This collaboration led to the publication of a scientific article entitled &#8220;How Education Level Affects Risk of Postpartum Depression: A Comparison Before and During Covid-19&#8221; in the American journal &#8220;Journal of Prenatal &amp; Perinatal Psychology &amp; Health.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My area of \u200b\u200bexpertise primarily focuses on adults and adolescents. The goal of my work is to promote and maintain a state of health and well-being, not just the absence of disease, focusing primarily on primary and secondary prevention, always maintaining a clinical perspective where necessary.
