Maria Teresa Littera

Bachelor’s degree with honors in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Cagliari; thesis: “Mobbing: A Comparison of Psychological and Legal Aspects and European Experiences.” Postgraduate internship at the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of Humanities, providing support to the faculty member and to students and graduates.

Master’s Degree in “Management of Human and Organizational Development Processes” from the University of Cagliari; thesis: “Organizational Well-being in Public Administration.” Training internship at a public institution, working independently and in collaboration with the Independent Evaluation Body (IOB), related to employee performance evaluation and well-being at work.

Currently, while awaiting professional development as a psychologist, she works part-time outside of her training.
