Andrea Moi
An Occupational and Organizational Psychologist, he holds Master’s degrees in Personnel Management, Human Resources, and Strategic Corporate Communication, a specialized course in Psychological Assessment and Occupational Safety, and training as an Intercultural Mediator in the legal, educational, cultural, healthcare, and social fields, as well as a Professional Socio-Pedagogical Educator.
In his professional career, he has held positions as an HR Manager, Recruiter, Trainer, Facilitator, and Couch Consultant for local authorities and private organizations in the HR, ICT, and Third Sector fields. He collaborates with social cooperatives and schools throughout Italy, supporting teachers and families with classroom interventions, in-person, and distance learning. In the Third Sector, he is a member of AFS and collaborates with organizations such as CSV, Anteas, Mani Tese, and Guardavanti on volunteering, planning, innovation, and training. As a speaker, he has given presentations at seminars and conferences on gender violence, and in 2018, he was interviewed by writer Claudia Sarritzu for her book “Parole Avanti. Femminismo del 3° millennio.” For nine years, he served as an Honorary Judge at the Court of Appeal, Juvenile Section, of Cagliari.
His practice provides psychological support to individuals, groups, and families, with “Intiendes” for organizational development, work-related stress assessment, and participatory planning.
