Francesca Lilliu
A clinical psychologist born in 1993, currently specializing in Health Psychology, registered with the Order of Psychologists of Sardinia, no. 3706. I earned my master’s degree from the University of Padua, defending an experimental thesis entitled “An investigation of sexuality in a population of young Sardinians,” which introduced me to the world of prevention and health promotion. I then completed my postgraduate internship in the Hospital Clinical Psychology Department of San Bonifacio Hospital (VR), where I worked primarily in collaboration with the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department, carrying out a project for the prevention of postpartum depression. This collaboration led to the publication of a scientific article entitled “How Education Level Affects Risk of Postpartum Depression: A Comparison Before and During Covid-19” in the American journal “Journal of Prenatal & Perinatal Psychology & Health.”
My area of expertise primarily focuses on adults and adolescents. The goal of my work is to promote and maintain a state of health and well-being, not just the absence of disease, focusing primarily on primary and secondary prevention, always maintaining a clinical perspective where necessary. I currently work as a private practitioner in a community center for minors.
