Active Learning Through Playful and Virtual Experiences.” I then earned a Master’s Degree in Developmental and Socio-Working Psychology from the University of Cagliari with an experimental thesis: “Team Dreaming: Group Climate, Emotional Competence, and Dream Content in a Sample of Male and Female Athletes.” I subsequently furthered this topic with a Master’s Degree in Sports Psychology.
I completed my professional internship for the State Exam at the Marino Hospital in Cagliari, primarily in the Spinal Unit. It was thanks to this experience that I developed an interest in Health Psychology.
I explored the areas of relaxation and breathing, earning the title of Expert in Mindfulness and Emotional Management from the European Institute of Positive Psychology.
