Erica Unali

Psychologist, specializing in Health Psychology, registered with the Sardinian Register of Psychologists under no. 3576. I graduated from the University of Cagliari with a bachelor’s degree in Health Psychology with a thesis entitled “Gender Stereotypes and Discrimination of Women in Politics.” I then decided to continue my education at the University of Padua, where I earned a degree with honors in Clinical Development with a thesis entitled “I’m Not Part of the Group: The Use of Narrative in a Cyberbullying Prevention Project,” intended for middle schools. I continued to explore the topic of narrative by speaking at courses taught by Psicologia.io and collaborating with experts in the field. I completed my postgraduate internship at the Family Counseling Center of the Macomer health district, where I learned clinical work in situations of social and emotional distress and in the protection of minors.

With development as my area of interest, I decided to complete my first year of internship, as required by the School, both at the NPIA of the Macomer health district, to learn how to administer and score tests useful in diagnosing ASD and ASD and how to create individualized treatment plans, and in the pediatric oncohematology department of the Microcitemico hospital in Cagliari.
