Valentina Tanda

Psychologist, specializing in Health Psychology, and Educationalist. I earned a Master’s Degree in Typical and Atypical Developmental Psychology with honors and a dissertation on the scientific, evidence-based method of the “Coping Power Program” applied to the school context. Subsequently, I specialized with a Master’s Degree in School Psychology and Prevention of Youth Distress from the Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples with a grade of 110/110. Having also graduated in Educational Sciences in 2014 with a grade of 110 cum laude from the University of Cagliari, I work as a freelance Educationalist, Psychologist, and Trainer in schools of all levels, where I train teaching staff on topics ranging from the risk of work-related stress to civic education and intervention tools for students with ADHD and DSA. I participate and collaborate on various projects related to the promotion of psychological health, speaking at numerous conferences in the Sulcis region. I am currently completing an internship at ACLI Sardegna, under the patronage of the Municipality of Iglesias. I am involved in various training events for residents and administrative staff regarding the promotion of bio-psycho-social health, networking with health professionals from the Iglesias Local Health Authority. As a psychologist, I am a member of a scientific research group with ACLI Cagliari, as part of the “Eat Sardegna” project on healthy lifestyles. I am also a certified Mindfulness Therapist in the “MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Protocol and MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy)” in clinical practice, with CME certifications issued by Federmindfulness Italia, and am registered in the National Mindfulness Register. Registered with the Order of Psychologists of Sardinia no. 3781.
