Nicola Aru
Psychologist, registered with the Order of Psychologists of Sardinia (n. 3845). After earning a master’s degree in Community Psychology and Psychological-Social Internship (University of Cagliari), earned with honors in 2022 with a thesis focusing on the effects of interventions to enhance Emotional Intelligence in various organizational contexts, she completed a Practical Evaluation Internship at the Prevention and Protection Department of the Cagliari University Hospital.
During this period, she gained experience in the field of Occupational Health, specifically in the Assessment of Work-Related Stress, supporting CME training for healthcare and administrative staff on Burnout and the Assessment of psychosocial work-related risks. He collaborates on the internal research project “Psychological perspective in health humanization” at the Department of Education, Psychology, and Philosophy at the University of Cagliari. Through this project, he and his collaborators developed the scientific article “The Role of Fulfillment and Disillusionment in the Relationship between Burnout and Career Satisfaction in Italian Healthcare Workers,” published in Sustainability. Curious and passionate about progress, he cultivates interdisciplinary passions related to Behavioral Economics and Finance, Marketing, and Artificial Intelligence. He applies the latter to the field of Workplace Wellbeing, constantly acquiring new knowledge regarding the impact and use of Artificial Intelligence tools, systems, and agents on the psychological and physical wellbeing and productivity of workers. Currently specializing in Health Psychology in Cagliari, he engages in scientific dissemination on LinkedIn, where he shares content ranging from psychological variables of well-being and occupational distress to the latest discoveries regarding the relationship between Work Psychology, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence, promoting the importance of putting people at the center. He believes in the importance of a participatory approach, where the democratization of knowledge and the free expression of ideas generate progress and innovation.
