Maura Milia

Psychologist, registered with the Order of Psychologists of Sardinia (No. 3729), specializing in Health Psychology, with a background in community settings and psychological and social intervention. She earned her master’s degree in Community Psychology in 2022 from the University of Cagliari with an experimental thesis on workaholism and job crafting entitled: “Workaholism and Job Crafting in the COVID-19 Lockdown: A Quantitative-Qualitative Study.” She completed her postgraduate internship at the Center for Psychoanalytic Culture in Cagliari, where she acquired skills in managing clinical interviews and using the main psychodiagnostic tests. During her internship, she also volunteered through the Civil Service at the “Casa Albergo” municipal residence in Cagliari, a facility that houses families experiencing significant economic and social hardship. This experience allowed her to come into direct contact with people in extremely vulnerable conditions, fueling her determination to embark on a path that would provide her with the tools necessary to actively intervene in such contexts, especially from a prevention perspective.
