Francesca Corona

Psychologist, registered with the Order of Psychologists of Sardinia (n. 3846). She earned a master’s degree with honors in Community Psychology and Social Psychological Intervention in 2022 with a thesis entitled “Enhancing Employability” from the University of Cagliari. Her main professional interests focus on Work and Organizational Psychology, Occupational Health, and Organizational Well-being. She completed her postgraduate internship (TPV) at the Prevention and Protection Department of the Cagliari University Hospital, during which she developed skills in the assessment and management of work-related stress risk, collaborated on psychosocial training on SLC and Burnout, and supported other activities aimed at preventing and monitoring psychosocial work-related distress among staff. She conducts research, in collaboration with the Department of Education, Psychology, and Philosophy at the University of Cagliari, as part of the project “Psychological Perspective in Health Humanization,” which resulted in the publication of an article in the scientific journal Sustainability titled “The Role of Fulfillment and Disillusionment in the Relationship between Burnout and Career Satisfaction in Italian Healthcare Workers.” She is currently a graduate student in Health Psychology in Cagliari. Focused on personal and professional growth, she explores multiple disciplinary areas, considering adaptability and the synergy of skills to be fundamental in a rapidly evolving world. She is dedicated to analyzing and updating her knowledge on the developments and applications of new technologies based on Artificial Intelligence, exploring the opportunities and challenges they can offer or pose in various contexts. She places great importance on scientific dissemination and the connection and collaboration between different professional figures.
