Paola Desogus

I graduated in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Cagliari and obtained my license to practice as a psychologist from the University of Rome La Sapienza. I am registered with the Order of Psychologists of the Sardinia Region (no. 01-2693). I earned a Master’s degree in Management of Social and Healthcare Organizations from SDA Bocconi University in Milan. In 2016, I earned a Master’s degree in Management of Public Administration from the LUISS School of Government and SNA Scuola Nazionale Amministrazione. I furthered my studies in Human Resources Management, earning a Master’s degree in HR Specialist from 24 Ore Business School. I completed my studies in Human Resources with important certifications from Pennsylvania University in People Analytics and Harvard University in Humanities Data Science. I have held various positions in public and private companies, as a psychologist, business coach, and Human Resources Director.
