Tomorrow (Wednesday, November 27th, 2024), from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, a special talk organised by the University of Cagliari will be held to delve into the topic of the Metaverse: the technologies that make it possible, its impact on communication and the challenges still to be faced, including the legal ones. Our colleagues from Net4U will also be speaking at this event.

<\/a>Luigi Atzori, professor of Telecommunications, will talk about the concept of Metaverse, its distinctive features and the technologies that enable it. Furthermore, he will address the challenges related to the quality of user experience and the effectiveness of communication in these new digital environments. <\/a>Alessia Palladino, researcher in Law and Legal Informatics, will explore the legal implications of Metaverse, including the management of personal data and intellectual property rights. Furthermore, she will discuss concrete cases to highlight the main regulatory challenges.

Mercoled\u00ec 27 novembre, dalle 17:30 alle 18:30, si terr\u00e0 un talk organizzato dall\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Cagliari per approfondire il tema del Metaverso: le tecnologie che lo rendono possibile, il suo impatto sulla comunicazione e le sfide ancora da affrontare, incluse quelle legali. Durante l\u2019evento interverranno anche i nostri collegi da Net4U.

Professor Luigi Atzori, docente di Telecomunicazioni, approfondir\u00e0 il concetto di metaverso, le sue caratteristiche distintive e le tecnologie che lo rendono possibile. Inoltre, affronter\u00e0 le sfide legate alla qualit\u00e0 dell\u2019esperienza utente e all\u2019efficacia della comunicazione in questi nuovi ambienti digitali. Alessia Palladino, ricercatrice di Diritto e Informatica Giuridica, esplorer\u00e0 le implicazioni legali del Metaverso, tra cui la gestione dei dati personali e i diritti di propriet\u00e0 intellettuale.
