Biographical Sketch<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Alessia Palladino was awarded with the Master Degree in Law with full marks in 2014 at the University Suor Orsola Benincasa of Naples, where she also received in 2019 her PhD degree in \u201cHumanities and Technologies: an integrated research path\u201d. She has been MsT researcher at the European Law and Governance School in Athen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She\u2019s currently researcher at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (DIEE), University of Cagliari, where she\u2019s teaching assistant in Computer and New Technologies Law at DIEE. Her research interests are expecially related to Data Protection, computer crimes, digital forensics, and juridical protection of software, smart mobility and digitalization of public administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
