Fetal well-being can be affected by a wide range of conditions that vary throughout gestation, creating a critical need for effective monitoring, diagnostic tools, and predictive technologies to support clinical decision-making. Fetal monitoring remains uniquely challenging due to limited accessibility and the inherent constraints of assessing an unborn patient.

On Monday, March 23, at 15:30 CET, we will explore this frontier alongside Professor Danilo Pani.

During this exclusive webinar, organized by the Therapeutic and Diagnostic System and Technology TAC, we will analyze the evolution of fetal monitoring technologies, from the historical perspectives that paved the way to the innovations currently defining the future of the field.

About the speaker

Danilo Pani is an Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Cagliari (Italy), where he serves as Coordinator of the BSc and MSc programs in Biomedical Engineering and Head of the Medical Devices and Signal Processing (MeDSP) Lab.
