She is currently a non-tenure Assistant Professor (RTD-a) in Biomedical Engineering at<\/span> DIEE<\/span><\/a> in the framework of the MYRTUS<\/a> project.<\/span><\/p>\n Scientific publications<\/a><\/strong> Main research fields<\/strong><\/p>\n Neuromotor (tele)rehabilitation, novel rehabilitation paradigms, study of the interplay between perception and movement by means of the design and development of perceptual stimuli and experimental setups, supported by computational models.<\/span><\/p>\n Something about me…<\/strong><\/p>\n My passion for research evolved during the Master\u2019s degree in Bioengineering at the University of Genoa, where I later earned the International Doctorate in Bioengineering and Robotics, following an internship at the McGill University in Montreal (Canada). The enthusiasm towards the knowledge of the human being and the curiosity for the still little known mechanisms that govern the interaction among perception, senses and movement, led me to the bioengineering research, in which I found the best ground for stimulating confrontation and both personal and professional growth.
