Laboratory of IT Law and Forensic Computing"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <strong>ICT4Law&amp;Forensics Laboratory<\/strong> (Laboratory of <em>IT Law<\/em> and <em>Forensic Computing<\/em>), whose activities are coordinated by <strong>Prof. Massimo Farina<\/strong>, was established on <strong>15 April 2014<\/strong> within the <strong>Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (DIEE)<\/strong> of the <strong>University of Cagliari<\/strong>.<br>The Laboratory was founded with the purpose of fostering <strong>scholarly research, advanced teaching, and scientific analysis<\/strong> in the principal disciplines arising from the <strong>interaction between Law and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the <strong>2013\/2014 Academic Year<\/strong>, the Laboratory has been organizing the <strong>Forensic Computing Seminar<\/strong>, a specialized educational initiative involving <strong>academics and practitioners in the field of Digital Forensics<\/strong>, including <strong>members of law enforcement agencies, members of the judiciary, court-appointed forensic experts, and legal practitioners<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>The main areas of interest of the Laboratory are<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n            <div class=\"wp-block-icb-cards
