My research focuses on thermochemical conversion of lignocellulosic biomass into high-value bio-based materials (e.g., hydrochar) designed for environmental and energy applications. A key aspect of my work is developing these porous material as support matrices for microbial immobilization, enabling enhanced biodegradation and bioremediation processes.
