Art. 33.
\n\t\t\t\tL’arte e la scienza sono libere e libero ne \u00e8 l’insegnamento. La \n\t\t\t\tRepubblica detta le norme generali sull’istruzione ed istituisce \n\t\t\t\tscuole statali per tutti gli ordini e gradi. Enti e privati hanno \n\t\t\t\til diritto di istituire scuole ed istituti di educazione, senza \n\t\t\t\toneri per lo Stato. Le istituzioni di alta cultura, universit\u00e0 ed \n\t\t\t\taccademie, hanno il diritto di darsi ordinamenti autonomi nei limiti \n\t\t\t\tstabiliti dalle leggi dello Stato.<\/font> <\/td>\n\t\t\t\t		\n\t\t\t\t

Art. 34.
\n\t\t\t\tLa scuola \u00e8 aperta a tutti. I capaci e meritevoli, anche se privi \n\t\t\t\tdi mezzi, hanno diritto di raggiungere i gradi pi\u00f9 alti degli studi. \n\t\t\t\tLa Repubblica rende effettivo questo diritto con borse di studio, \n\t\t\t\tassegni alle famiglie ed altre provvidenze, che devono essere attribuite \n\t\t\t\tper concorso.<\/font><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/td>\n\t\t\t<\/tr>\n\t\t<\/tbody><\/table><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n
