{"id":836,"date":"2025-11-19T13:59:21","date_gmt":"2025-11-19T12:59:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.unica.it\/fesc\/?page_id=836"},"modified":"2026-03-05T16:18:41","modified_gmt":"2026-03-05T15:18:41","slug":"organisation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sites.unica.it\/fesc\/en\/organisation\/","title":{"rendered":"Organisation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The Doctoral Program is managed by bodies established by current legislation and by additional organizational structures functional to the organization of its activity processes, each with its own functions, tasks, and responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Bodies<\/summary>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Coordinator<\/strong>: represents the doctoral program, convenes and chairs the Academic Board, sets the agenda, and oversees the implementation of its resolutions. Organizes the work of the Academic Board, and performs all other functions assigned to him or her by law, the University Statute, and regulations, as well as those not expressly assigned to other departmental bodies by the Doctoral Program Regulations and Department Regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deputy Coordinator<\/strong>: replaces the Coordinator in all his or her functions in the event of impediment or absence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quality Contact<\/strong>: acts as a liaison and coordinator between the doctoral program and the central structure of the University Quality Assurance Presidium (PQA), reporting to the latter any specific situations and\/or situations of general interest. This is usually the Coordinator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Academic Board<\/strong>: plans teaching and research activities, specifying objectives, indicators, and improvement targets; proposes to the relevant departments the criteria for managing the financial, logistical, personnel, and capital resources available to the doctoral program. Collaborates in defining teaching activities in accordance with University planning documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Doctoral Students&#8217; Representatives<\/strong>: They participate in meetings of the Board of Directors in an advisory capacity regarding teaching and organizational issues. One doctoral student per active cycle is designated by the other students enrolled in the program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Internal Regulations Committee<\/strong>: This committee is responsible for drafting and periodically updating the internal regulations of the Doctoral Program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Administration<\/strong>: This committee provides logistical support between doctoral students and other bodies and is performed by an administrative representative from the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, and Philosophy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<hr
