Currently, I am PhD student in “Philosophy, Epistemology, Human Sciences” at University of Cagliari, where I’m developing the research project “Guidance-Oriented teaching as a framework for innovation in Didactics” focused on the role of teachers in implementing the ‘Guidelines for guidance’ (DM 328/2022) in Upper Secondary School. Grounded in the principle of lifelong orientation, the research aims to explore how teachers perceive and implement these new guidelines and to identify factors that may either facilitate or hinder the adoption of a guidance-oriented teaching approach. In this sense, through a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the research aims to identify resources and ways to actively involve teachers in reflecting, co-designing of sustainable educational-pedagogical tools with which to promote a teaching model that supports both teachers’ professional growth and students’ capacity for self-guidance. My research interests lie in the field of guidance, guidance-oriented teaching, innovation in teaching practice and teacher professional development.

(Tutor: Prof. Antioco Luigi Zurru) I am a high school specialized support teacher.
