Three options for the payment are available:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>via Credit Card (Visa, Amex, MasterCard)<\/li>\n<li>via Bank Transfer (within August 1st, 2022)<\/li>\n<li>via Bank Transfer within 30 days since the reception of a Debit Note\/Invoice<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To submit your registration, an AEIT account, either <strong>member <\/strong>or <strong>guest<\/strong>, is necessary. If you have selected as payment method the <strong>Bank Transfer <\/strong>you will also find the IBAN for the payment.<\/p>\n<h5>1. REGISTRATION INVOICE ADDRESSED TO THE PARTICIPANT<\/h5>\n<p>Partecipate as <em>\u201c<strong>private individual<\/strong><\/em>\u201d (<strong>privato<\/strong>) has to be selected. Then, select your registration type (either <em>Full<\/em> or <em>Student<\/em>) and click to \u201c<strong><em>confirm<\/em><\/strong>\u201d (<strong>conferma<\/strong>) to be forwarded to the final form. There, you will enabled to add <em>extra services<\/em>, like adding <em>accompanying people<\/em> or buy <em>extra banquet tickets<\/em>. Finally, data necessary for the issuance of the electronic invoice will be further requested. If you have an <strong>AEIT<\/strong> <strong>membership <\/strong>the <strong>VAT will automatically not applied to your registration.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5>2 REGISTRATION INVOICE ADDRESSED TO THE PARTECIPANT&#8217;s ORGANIZATION<\/h5>\n<p>Partecipate as \u201c<em><strong>public administration employee<\/strong><\/em>\u201d (<strong>dipendente pubblica amministrazione<\/strong>) has to be selected.<\/p>\n<p>The main advantage of this <em>invoicing type<\/em> is when <strong>you are not an AEIT member but your organization is an AEIT associate<\/strong>. If so the <strong>VAT will automatically not applied to your registration<\/strong>. Please check if you belongs to one of the following organizations.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-802 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/sites.unica.it\/automaticait2022\/files\/2022\/06\/list_aeit3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"945\" height=\"339\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sites.unica.it\/automaticait2022\/files\/2022\/06\/list_aeit3.jpg 841w, https:\/\/sites.unica.it\/automaticait2022\/files\/2022\/06\/list_aeit3-300x108.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sites.unica.it\/automaticait2022\/files\/2022\/06\/list_aeit3-768x276.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 945px) 100vw, 945px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In this case, after having typed your Employer&#8217;s <em>tax code<\/em> (<em>Codice fiscale<\/em>) the system will automatically recognize you as an AEIT member, then click to \u201c<em>confirm<\/em>\u201d (conferma) to be forwarded to the final form. There, you will enabled to add <em>extra services<\/em>. Finally, data necessary for the issuance of the electronic invoice, such as the TAX Code (Codice fiscale), the\u00a0certified email (PEC)\u00a0and the\u00a0CUU (Codice Unico d\u2019Ufficio)\u00a0of your\u00a0organization (University Department\/Research Institute\/etc.), will be requested.<\/p>\n<p>As the invoice will be addressed to your organization it is advisable select as payment method: \u201c<em>Bank Transfer within 30 days since the reception of a Debit Note\/Invoice<\/em>\u201d. In this case, after completing your registration, AEIT will send a Debit Note\/Invoice with the payment details to your <em>administrative office<\/em> via PEC.
