Facolt\u00e0 di Ingegneria e Architettura<\/strong> (<em>Via Marengo 2<\/em>), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.it\/maps\/dir\/Piazza+Arsenale,+1,+09123+Cagliari+CA\/Via+Marengo,+2,+09123+Cagliari+CA\/@39.2252017,9.1099142,1671m\/data=!3m2!1e3!4b1!4m14!4m13!1m5!1m1!1s0x12e7340e187c1fbf:0x701e830190acca93!2m2!1d9.1165852!2d39.2217709!1m5!1m1!1s0x12e7341990372d0f:0xbef395aaa5d3ee50!2m2!1d9.1104473!2d39.2286511!3e2\">10 minutes walk far from the Cittadella dei Musei<\/a> along the <span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"it\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"2\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">Buoncammino promenade<\/span><\/span><\/span>, or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/dir\/?api=1&amp;origin=Buoncammino+%28Polizia%29%2C+Cagliari%2C+CA%2C+Italia&amp;destination=Piazza+d%5C%27Armi%2C+Cagliari%2C+CA%2C+Italia&amp;travelmode=transit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">5-minute by bus<\/a> (Bus stop: Piazza d&#8217;Armi, Line 8).<\/p>\n<p>The banquet will instead be hosted by the suggestive and historical Convento di San Giuseppe, for which a shuttle service has been arranged.<\/p>\n<div class=\"dePhmb\">\n<div class=\"eyKpYb\" data-language=\"en\" data-original-language=\"it\" data-result-index=\"0\">\n<h5 class=\"J0lOec\"><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"it\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"2\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\"><strong>CITTADELLA DEI MUSEI<a id=\"cittadella\"><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"J0lOec\"><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"it\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"2\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">In the Castello district, between Porta Cristina and Piazza Indipendenza, a few steps far the Buoncammino promenade and near the Roman amphitheater, it stands the ancient site of the \u00a0Regio Arsenale<\/span><\/span><\/span>, dating back to the Savoy period, which is now, <span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"it\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"2\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">on the initiative of the University of Cagliari and <\/span><\/span><\/span>thanks to complex restructuring work that began in 1950, the <span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"it\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"2\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">Cittadella dei Musei<\/span><\/span><\/span>, the greatest greatest museum complex in Sardinia.<\/p>\n<p>In the building complex, which aerial view is shown in Figure 1, those that stand out are the Archaeological Museum, a journey back to prehistoric times and to the Byzantine age, with mother goddesses, Nuragic artefacts (see Figure 2 and 3) and Phoenician jewellery, and the National Picture Gallery, where various collections are kept.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The <span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"it\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"2\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\"><strong>Cittadella dei Musei <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>hosts also cultural events and conferences, such as AUTOMATICA.IT 2022. Inside it, you will also find green areas in which you can relax and admire the views of Cagliari from above.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h5><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"it\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"2\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\"><strong>AULA MAGNA &#8211; FACOLTA&#8217; DI INGEGNERIA<a id=\"aula_magna\"><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<div>The Aula Magna is located within Building D of the Engineering faculty complex, at the ground floor. Please refer to Figure 4 for the <span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"it\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"2\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">Faculty map. <\/span><\/span><\/span>The Aula Magna, shown in Figure 5, has 309 seats and it is and is equipped with audio-video systems and 2 projection screens.<\/div>\n<h5><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"it\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"2\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\"><strong>CONVENTO DI SAN GIUSEPPE<a id=\"convento\"><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/conventosangiuseppe.com\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">San Giuseppe Convent<\/a> is a centuries-old, suggestive, and ageless place. In the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sardegnaintour.it\/en\/the-territory\/sardinia\/39-the-middle-age.html#:~:text=The%20Giudicati%20were%20four%20independent,9th%20to%20the%2015th%20century.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Giudicati period (1365-1409 DC)<\/a>, it was the Santa Maria delle Vigne small country church. Then, the Vittorini monks made it a convent of prayer and work in the fields. Then, in 1600 DC, the Piarists dedicated it to San Giuseppe Calasanzio. Finally, in the 19th century it became the property of the family who still own it today, and for more than a century it was a farm, since the city expanded and enclose it. Twenty years ago, after a careful restoration, it is reborn as a place of meeting, celebration and hospitality.
